![]() I ordered it off of Best Buy online but I didn't get a warranty because I didn't expect this to happen, just in case that info would be useful. Do I just have to buy a new one? I don't know what to do with it since the main reason I bought the thing doesn't even work. I havent had an issue like this before until now. I was playing Rainbow Six Siege yesterday, when i noticed that my side button 5 and 6 were not working at all. on icue, i see the following when the dongle is plug. It has been working wonderfully until yesterday. Since yesterday, im not able to connect my mouse to any computer in any mode. ![]() I just got this mouse as a replacement for my old wireless mouse and I even put the dongle in the same spot as the old one since it worked just fine there. Good morning everyone, Ive had my corsair harpoon RGB mouse for about a week now. When I click "USB Wireless receiver pairing" it says it was successful but as soon as I unplug the wire it disconnects and acts as if the mouse is off even when I get it to "work". The only way I can get it to "work" is if I force an update while the dongle and the mouse are plugged in then unplug the wire, but once I turn the mouse off it will not reconnect unless I do that again. Using Bluetooth and the wire work perfectly fine it's just the slipstream technology that's being unresponsive. I haven't had an issue like this before until now. It has been working wonderfully until yesterday. Select that and apply it to whichever side button you want. Good morning everyone, I've had my corsair harpoon RGB mouse for about a week now. For the Key Remap, change the key function to Mouse Button and find DPI Toggle. If you still want a DPI switch button, you can create a new action and have it be a Key-Remap action. I downloaded the iCUE software and updated the mouse and dongle but the slipstream feature refuses to work correctly. Select that and click on your DPI switch tile on the list of available buttons in the Mouse display. I was wondering if I was missing anything.
